Hey Babe, didn’t work out? No worries, it happens!


RETURN POLICY:
-We gladly accept returns for items received within 14 days from delivery and provide you with store credit.
-Refund can only be issued as store credit we do NOT return to original form of payment, but we do plan on expanding return options in the future.
-Please note: All bodysuits, SALE merchandise are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns.
-Customer is responsible for entire cost of return shipping.
-Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed.


Please create a return request and make sure to fill out all questions. Your return label will be emailed to you within 24hrs.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Sale items
- Body Suits 
 
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED:
-Unworn and unwashed
-No snags
-Tags attached
-Free from make up, etc
-Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume.

EXCHANGES
Due to turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges at this time. You can purchase an item in a different color or size if it is still available. If you think an item may sell out we recommend you re-purchase the item before returning your order. 

Can I make a return past the 14 day period for store credit?
Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 14 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a $7 shipping charge to have the items sent back.



PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING ON CLOTHES NOT TO DAMAGE OR STAIN THEM. IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA THE ITEM(S) WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU
 Defective Items
If you think you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page with digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. 

If an item is deemed as having manufacturer defects, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a digital gift card.
Ou bél does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear.
Ou bél reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.
