RETURN POLICY:

 

  • We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.

 

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment absolutely no exceptions, if your method of payment is mixed using store credit, you will receive the store credit back and the balance via original payment method.

 

  • We will deduct $7.95 USD for the cost of return shipping from your refund.

 

  • Returns MUST be received to our facility within 14 days from delivery date(this timeframe includes requesting a return). No Exceptions.

 

  • Return labels use standard shipping times.

 

  • Returns shipped past the 14 day return period will result in a 25% restocking fee deducted from the store credit given. You will not receive a refund to your original form of payment.

 

  • Returns older than 16 days will automatically be rejected and the items will be sent back to you.

 

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed.

 

  • Please note we are only able to issue one return label per order. Due to this, please ensure all items you are looking to return are included in the return request form. 

 

  • We do not return items due to delayed or long shipping times

 

Please create a return request and make sure to fill out all questions. Your return label will be emailed to you within 24hrs.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:

We do not accept returns on the following items:

- Sale items

- Discounted items

- Final sale items

- Bodysuits 

-Jewelry 

-Items with unattached tags

 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED:

-Unworn and unwashed

-No snags

-Tags attached

-Free from makeup, etc

-Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume.

 

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING ON CLOTHES NOT TO DAMAGE OR STAIN THEM. IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE AND NO FORM OF REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU.

 

 

EXCHANGES

Due to high turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges at this time.  

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY RETURN IS REJECTED?

If your return is rejected your item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense. You will be charged the amount it will cost to ship the item back to you.

 

 

IS THERE A RETURN FEE?

If you use our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 for any number of items and will be deducted from your refund/store credit. If you do not want to chance the item(s) getting to our facility late, then you may choose to mail the item(s) back at your expense using your own insured, traceable method.

 

 

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. 

 

 

IF I OPT FOR STORE CREDIT HOW WILL I RECEIVE IT? 

Expect an email containing balance information as well as instructions within 3 business days post delivery of return. 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVED MY REFUND?

Your return will be processed within 5-10 business days. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once completed. Although every bank is different most banks will have funds back to your original form of payment in 3-5 business days once the return has been processed.

 

YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM

If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or color, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us with photos of the item and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will get the correct item to you within the standard timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item.

When returning the incorrect item, please ensure the item(s) are unused and in its original condition.

 

 DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you think you have received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via our contact page with all discrepancies and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Ou Bel does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Ou Bel reserves the right to determine a genuine defect in the clothing.

If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund / store credit.

 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Ou Bel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been marked as delivered the liability is between you and the shipping carrier. There are no exceptions to this rule.

 

Here are a few recommendations to help track down your package.

 

  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered  is correct.

 

  • Contact your local carrier.

 

  • Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.
