RETURN POLICY:

-We gladly accept approved returns for items received within 14 days from delivery date.

-Return must be approved before the return can be shipped.

-Please note: Allow 2 business days for return requests to be approved.

-Refunds can only be issued to original form of payment for full refund.

-Please note: All bodysuits, SALE merchandise and FINAL SALE are NOT eligible for returns.

-Customer is responsible for entire cost of return shipping.

-Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed.

Please create a return request and make sure to fill out all questions. Your return label will be emailed to you within 24hrs.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Sale items
- Bodysuits 
 
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED:
-Unworn and unwashed
-No snags
-Tags attached
-Free from makeup, etc
-Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume.
EXCHANGES
Due to turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges at this time. You can purchase an item in a different color or size if it is still available. If you think an item may sell out we recommend you re-purchase the item before returning your order. 
Can I make a return past the 14 day period for store credit?
Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 14 day return policy. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a $7.95 shipping charge to have the items sent back.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING ON CLOTHES NOT TO DAMAGE OR STAIN THEM. IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA THE ITEM(S) WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU
 Defective Items
If you think you have received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery via our contact page with digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. 
If an item is deemed as having manufacturer defects, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a digital gift card.
Ou bél does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear.
Ou bél reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.
**We highly recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages.**
