Due to Covid-19, international shipping times have been extended.

Processing: Our international suppliers generally take 3-5 busienss days for quality inspection, packaging, and delivery to the logistics center for shipment.

Our U.S suppliers process with in 2-5 business days.

After processing, Item may take anywhere from 5-12 business days to arrive when selecting priority shipping or 10-25 business days when seleting standard shipping.

Keep in mind we work on a made to order structure, and orders may arrive in multiple packages.

RETURN POLICY:

• We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.

• No returns on sale collection items, discounted items, or final sale

• Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment absolutely no exceptions, if your method of payment is mixed using store credit, you will receive the store credit back and the balance via original payment method.

• We will deduct $7.95 USD for the cost of return shipping from your refund.

• Returns MUST be received to our facility within 14 days from delivery date(this timeframe includes requesting a return). No Exceptions.

• Returns shipped past the 14 day return period will result in a 25% restocking fee deducted from the store credit given. You will not receive a refund to your original form of payment.

• Returns older than 16 days will automatically be rejected and the items will be sent back to you at your expense.

• Return labels use standard shipping times.

• Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed.

• Please note we are only able to issue one return label per order. Due to this, please ensure all items you are looking to return are included in the return request form. 

• We do not return items due to delayed or long shipping times
